My path into the health care field began through my own need.
As a young man I had much exposure to manual labor. I had moved furniture, and was a masons assistant. Between lugging refrigerators and digging ditches, I was introduced to aches and pains. I sought and found relief through massage therapy. My new found freedom was also my motivation to switch professions. After completing my holistic health practitioner program in 1997, I practiced massage therapy under the guidance and mentoring of great chiropractors and acupuncturists. Time and time again I saw the value of these therapies, and was inspired to continue my education. In 2005 I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic, and 2006 I received my Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
I currently practice in and manage a multidisciplinary practice with other doctors and holistic practitioners. I have continued my education through thousands of clinical experiences as well as ongoing formal education.
I believe that our health can be influenced, both for the better and the worse through physical, nutritional, and emotional conditions. I strive to help people feel and do better through a truly holistic approach.
